Lesson Policies
Please read the following information before booking lessons with Treble Tale Music.
Lesson Packages & Payment
Lesson fees are payable in advance. Package bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice for planned absences and at least 2 hours' notice for illness.
Make-up Lessons & Credit
Where a make-up lesson cannot be arranged, lesson credit may be issued and used within 6 months.
Trial Lessons
Trail lesons must be booked in advance. The standard 30-minute trial lesson fee is £11, except during advertised promotional periods.
Group Courses
Group courses will run once the minium number of students has been reached. Fees are non-refundable once the course has started, except where the course is cancelled by Treble Tale Music.
Photography, Video & Social Media
Photos or videos will only be taken and used for promotional purposes with parent, guardian or adult student consent.
By booking lessons with Treble Tale Music, students and parents/guardians agree to the policies above.
